Ashley joined Avery in 2019 as an Account Manager and Team Lead before being named Personal Lines Manager in 2025. She has played a key role in fostering a collaborative team environment and has been instrumental in training new employees on best practices in account management.
Committed to professional growth and excellence, Ashley has earned multiple industry designations, including the ACSR, CISR, and TRA programs. She also completed the nine-month Chubb Management School, gaining in-depth expertise in risk management and the specialized insurance needs of successful individuals and families.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science, Ashley has been in the insurance industry since 2013, with experience as both an agency account manager and an underwriter at a regional insurance carrier.
Originally from Rochester, NH, Ashley now resides in Milton Mills with her husband, Spencer, and their two children- Audrey and Callan. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring New Hampshire’s scenic back roads, and cheering on her favorite New England sports teams.
