Lauren joined the Avery team in 2012 and has held various positions within our personal lines department. Since 2018, she has served as the Director of Personal Insurance, and in 2025, she was named Vice President of Operations. Lauren’s goal is to collaborate with Avery’s exceptional team to continuously deliver a superior customer experience.
She also works with clients in our Premier Client Services program, where she ensures that asset protection meets their unique and often complex needs. In 2019, Lauren earned her Chartered Private Risk and Insurance (CPRIA) certification after completing an intensive 18-month program designed to deepen insurance professionals’ understanding of the high-net-worth insurance market.
Lauren lives with her husband and son, both named Paul, and their golden retriever, Annie. As a family, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and turning ordinary days into new adventures.
